Alli Diet Pill And How It Works

Who’s having problems with alli diet pill?

July 23rd, 2007 ·

I’ve just stumbled upon this article here and have a few words to add to this…

The article’s between the asterisks:

***

>If you follow the advice in the guide, which includes fitness routines, dietary plans and >urges people to make lifestyle changes, then you probably don’t need the fat-blocking >drug in the first place.

I’m not sure if this is true or not, but i can say that alli was made with a purpose to help people lose weight and as far as i know, it has helped many individuals to this date to do it successfuly. And there will always be people thinking differently and i’m perfectly ok with that too.

>Then there are other potential problems. It’s hardly a surprise that the book “The Alli >Diet Plan,” a companion to the first over-the-counter diet drug, has fallen from No. 20 in >USA Today’s best-seller list to No. 45.

I personally think this is due to alli diet pill’s effectiveness. You get all you need with your alli starter pack and i think there’s no need to buy any additional books out there. However, it’s there for those that might need that extra thing.

>But given the way Alli is flying off store shelves, people don’t want to eat low-fat foods >and exercise in order to keep weight off in the long run.

>They want a quick-fix magic pill, even though this one (Orlistat 60mg) won’t help you >lose more than a few pounds and comes with nasty side effects, including gas, oily >discharge and loose stools if you eat too much fat.

I have written about that a couple times so i won’t do it again. Just search the site and you’ll find some interesting views on this. I agree that people are and will always look for the quick fix pills, but i couldn’t totally agree with how much weightone can lose with alli diet pill, because that totally depends on many factors, you can’t say that for everyone.

>One disgruntled Alli user e-mailed the Chicago Tribune to say she took the pill for two >weeks and began feeling tired, nauseated and achy. When she went to the community >forum on the Web site, she found others were feeling the same way.

It was just a matter of time when posts like that will start to rise. I’m sure there will be more to come and it will be interesting to see how all this alli thing goes on…

>Every day people are posting problems with this pill and the pharmacists keep giving >the same response. ‘Alli works in the gut; it is non-systemically acting and will not >interact with your prescriptions.’ A good majority of these concerns have not even had >replies posted to. I contacted Alli and expressed the problems I was having. They >informed me that I had the stomach flu (which I don’t) and they would not refund me >any money,” she wrote.

I cannot comment on that one, because i’m not a doctor not do i know about this personally, so i won’t add my 2 cents here. I believe some folks will have problems with alli, but tell me, is there a pill or a drug that works 100% ok for anyone? I’d love to hear about it.

>I am not just some person irritated with a product that didn’t work. I could care less >about the monetary refund. I’m concerned that this is yet another pill that has not been >fully tested and they are trying to sell as many as they can before they actually admit >there is a problem. They seem to treat any question raised about this pill as silly because >it has been through ‘clinical studies’ and dismiss everyone’s concerns.”

I agree about this. I’m not irritated either and i don’t have any problems with alli diet pill… yet. And i cannot claim that alli is justa marketing thing to make money etc… and about their answers… don’t know about that, but will report here if their answers seem silly to me though.

Worried about alli diet pill’s side effects?

July 19th, 2007 ·

It’s now about a month since alli has hit the shelves and if you’re like me, you search the net to read people’s opinions about alli diet pill and how it effects their weight loss. As far as i’m concerned, it really does work fro me, because i’m doing my best to follow the alli diet plan one hundred percent. And it’s really easy to do it if you have a strong motivation and a proper plan to execute. With alli diet pill plan, you get the plan and you only need to bring enough motivation and it will work beyond expectation, that’s my opinion though.

Motivation really is a big key factor when usin alli becuase it can make the plan work well or make it a failure, and the outcome is up to you. If you have enough will and a strong motivation, alli can work for you extremely well. If you don’t have those, there’s no pill on the planet earth that can make you lose that fat and excessive weight.

As i’ve said before, alli can cause you to experience some really unwanted side effects, but ONLY if you allow them to happen. What to i mean by saying that? Well, you might already know that, but what the heck, i’ll say it again… if you start using alli diet pill and keep eating high-fat meals, you will very soon be a witnessof something you really don’t want to happen in public, because if it does, it can make your day really shitty (pardon my language). So, to make sure that doesn’t happen, not even once while you’re using alli, eat healthy, eat low-fat and you will be just fine.

You’re simply not allowed to cheat when using alli, and now you know the reason why not. And this IS the strongest motivation you can possibly have while on alli diet pills, to eat healthy.. the biggest motivation in weight loss ever. But hey, if you don’t believe me, start using alli and then eat one high-fat meal and see what can happen, i don’t claim it will, i’m just saying it could, because high-fat foods are the only foods that can cause alli’s potential side effects to come to day light.

But i guess you really don’t want to experience don’t you? So, just do it the way it’s meant to be done and don’t stray off the path. Alli is an extremely powerful tool to use and now it’s your chance to use it to your own good.
