Alli Diet Pill And How It Works

Who’s having problems with alli diet pill?

July 23rd, 2007 ·

I’ve just stumbled upon this article here and have a few words to add to this…

The article’s between the asterisks:

***

>If you follow the advice in the guide, which includes fitness routines, dietary plans and >urges people to make lifestyle changes, then you probably don’t need the fat-blocking >drug in the first place.

I’m not sure if this is true or not, but i can say that alli was made with a purpose to help people lose weight and as far as i know, it has helped many individuals to this date to do it successfuly. And there will always be people thinking differently and i’m perfectly ok with that too.

>Then there are other potential problems. It’s hardly a surprise that the book “The Alli >Diet Plan,” a companion to the first over-the-counter diet drug, has fallen from No. 20 in >USA Today’s best-seller list to No. 45.

I personally think this is due to alli diet pill’s effectiveness. You get all you need with your alli starter pack and i think there’s no need to buy any additional books out there. However, it’s there for those that might need that extra thing.

>But given the way Alli is flying off store shelves, people don’t want to eat low-fat foods >and exercise in order to keep weight off in the long run.

>They want a quick-fix magic pill, even though this one (Orlistat 60mg) won’t help you >lose more than a few pounds and comes with nasty side effects, including gas, oily >discharge and loose stools if you eat too much fat.

I have written about that a couple times so i won’t do it again. Just search the site and you’ll find some interesting views on this. I agree that people are and will always look for the quick fix pills, but i couldn’t totally agree with how much weightone can lose with alli diet pill, because that totally depends on many factors, you can’t say that for everyone.

>One disgruntled Alli user e-mailed the Chicago Tribune to say she took the pill for two >weeks and began feeling tired, nauseated and achy. When she went to the community >forum on the Web site, she found others were feeling the same way.

It was just a matter of time when posts like that will start to rise. I’m sure there will be more to come and it will be interesting to see how all this alli thing goes on…

>Every day people are posting problems with this pill and the pharmacists keep giving >the same response. ‘Alli works in the gut; it is non-systemically acting and will not >interact with your prescriptions.’ A good majority of these concerns have not even had >replies posted to. I contacted Alli and expressed the problems I was having. They >informed me that I had the stomach flu (which I don’t) and they would not refund me >any money,” she wrote.

I cannot comment on that one, because i’m not a doctor not do i know about this personally, so i won’t add my 2 cents here. I believe some folks will have problems with alli, but tell me, is there a pill or a drug that works 100% ok for anyone? I’d love to hear about it.

>I am not just some person irritated with a product that didn’t work. I could care less >about the monetary refund. I’m concerned that this is yet another pill that has not been >fully tested and they are trying to sell as many as they can before they actually admit >there is a problem. They seem to treat any question raised about this pill as silly because >it has been through ‘clinical studies’ and dismiss everyone’s concerns.”

I agree about this. I’m not irritated either and i don’t have any problems with alli diet pill… yet. And i cannot claim that alli is justa marketing thing to make money etc… and about their answers… don’t know about that, but will report here if their answers seem silly to me though.

What about alli’s side effects? Is this diet pill safe to use?

July 13th, 2007 ·

While there will always be some individuals who will criticize products being marketed, no matter what product and what it does, they will simply try to find the “potential negative parts” and then they’ll blow that up like it was the only thing about the product.

Now the same thing happens to alli diet pills. As you may know, alli is not a magic diet pill which could solve all of your weight loss problems. It’s just a weight loss aid, an effective one i might say, that can really boost the whole process in loosing excessive  body weight.

Alli works very effectively by blocking a certain percentage of fats from being absorbed and digested by your body. By doing that, you body doesn’t store those fats in tissues, it rather works on getting rid of them with some help of your digestive system. That’s the way how alli works and if you do it as suggested and recommended in the guide you recieve with your purchase of alli diet pills, there’s absolutely no reason you’d need to suffer from any treatment effects.

And it’s also important whom you listen. If you focus on finding all the negative parts of alli, it’s enough to go to google and type in words like “alli side effects” or “alli treatment effects” or even “alli doesn’t work for me” etc…you got my point.  And by doing that, you’ll find many websites talking about all the negatives about alli and how it doesn’t work and blah blah…

And on the other side of the coin, while you’re at google, type in words like “alli works great” or “alli has helped me” and “alli works for me” and so on and on… and you will find all kinds of websites that talk just about that, about all the good things about alli and how it works great for them and so on.

What’s my point here?

My point is, you get what you’re looking for.

You will always find exactly what you’re looking for. There is not a thing in this universe that doesn’t have the sides, the positive and the negative. It’s just what you focus on, expands. And it’s the exact same thing with alli. If you’re looking for the negatives, that’s exactly what you will find. And the opposite.

So, if you’re trying to lsoe weight and want to try alli to help you with that, it’s ok to check both sides of the coin, but if you want to get results, you cannot rely on someone else’s opinions and words. You need to take the step and try it out and only then will you be able to tell if alli works for you or not.

It’s important whom you listen and why. My job here is to inform you better about alli and help you make your own decisions about alli. And i hope this article has been of some help to you. Let me know if i can help you more, i’ll be glad to do that. And thanks for reading, i appreciate your time.

Can alli the diet pill do all the work for you?

July 11th, 2007 ·

If you’re struggling to get rid of your excess pounds, maybe alli can now help you lose weight. It’s almost a month now since alli has hit the market and people are using it in hope that it will help them lose fat and do that permanently. Alli can really work for you if you take the whole thing seriously enough to make it work, to do your part too.

So, just the pill alone might not be enough. Actually, just using the pill and still eating all the junk foods and not exercising at all, won’t do the job. It simply cannot work like that. Alli is not a magic pill, such a thing doesn’t exist and alli is no different. You can use it as something that can help you along with your diet, but you cannot expect that alli will do all the work for you, so you can still eat all the junk foods and have no exercise.

Your body won’t change much if you don’t do what you have to do. Alli is only to supplement your life style, and not to replace anything.

With alli diet pill you simply cannot cheat

July 8th, 2007 ·

Yes, that’s true. When using alli to help you with your weight and fat loss, you can’t cheat, because if you do, you may potentially experience some unpleasant treatment effects. If you’re using alli for the first time, you may be one of those that have already experienced some of those treatment effects, but now you know what you need to do to avoid them, right?

It’s simply really. Just make sure you consume less fats in your diet, and by doing so you’ll greatly decrease a possibility to experience some nasty side effects. Since alli is an over the counter (OTC) drug, a diet pill, you can now get it without any prescription, in major drugstores offline and online too. And many think that just that is one of the reasons why so many are raving about it and buying it like crazy. Just because it’s available.

Maybe that is a reason, i really don’t know. Are you interested in trying alli diet pill? It’s convenient and many agree that it works better than they expected in the first place. If you don’t live well, don’t eat enough healthy foods and even don’t exercise, alli may really help you change that, because if you want to make this alli thing work, you need to make some slight changes to your diet and it’s recommended to include some regular exercise too.

It can’t hurt though, and the result can be a healthier body and you may start feeling really well, which is something we all want right? Ok, enough jokes… With every alli pill you take, you actually block about 25 percent of fats from being absorbed and digested.

And make your meals low-fat, don’t cheat yourself by eating junk foods with alli, because that won’t work well. Ok, it might work anyway, but you’re almost guaranteed to experience some nasty treatment effects. And when you have those, trust me, you won’t want to have them again, it’s not something you’d want to experience again.

With alli, you’re practically forced to eat a low-fat diet. By doing that, you effectively avoid having those unpleasant treatment effects and you’re also doing something good for your body at the same time. Saturated fats are not good for you and by reducing their amount in your meals, you’re doing yourself and your body a huge favor. So keep that in mind the next time your using alli.
